Services can still be achieved in the current (Pocket Secure 2.0) version, however our smart pools are not yet in effect. Self monitoring functions the same way on both app's.

Onboarding -> Booking -> Technician

STEP 1:

Onboarding

Click "Book now" at the top of this page and follow the prompts.

Fill in your details, your best available time for us to attend on our live Calendar.

You will be requested to pay the Initial One-Off Onboarding fee of $299.00 including GST.

This One-Off fee covers the following:

- Technician attendance

- Programming (Communication component only)

- Equipment required to communicate (4G GPRS Module installed)

STEP 2:

Booking

Once Step 1 has been completed, A member of our Team will contact you to Confirm Time and Date of our Attendance.

Please be aware that we will do the best to our ability to achieve the original Live Calendar booking time.

STEP 3:

Technician Attends

The Day has arrived and the Technician is onsite.

They will do any changes required to your panel to report back to the KRAKEN INFINITY App.

Once the Technician is completed they will go through how many codes (users) you would like to the App and they will assist you in the setup of any personal devices onsite.

Once done, work will begin on our End to ensure Data is uploaded to the Software and that you can see everything correctly (This usual takes a few hours).

And you are setup, Self Monitoring your Asset!
