How it works

Go to the Menu and click "Onboard".

You will be requested to pay the Initial One-Off Onboarding fee of $299.00 including GST and provide your details for the account.

This One-Off fee covers the following:

- Technician's attendance

- Programming (Communication component only)

- Equipment required to communicate

(4G GPRS Module installation)

Once Step 1 has been completed, A member of our Team will contact you to Confirm the date and times available. 

The Day has arrived and the Technician is onsite.

Once the Technician is completed they will advise you of the completion and to await further information via email or phone.

​

Once done, work will begin on our End to ensure Data is entered into the Software (This usual takes 24 hours).

​

You will then receive an email prompting you to fill in the necessary details of the people you want to have access to the alarm. Once you have submitted those details requested, each person will be notified of a code required to be put into their "Pocket Secure 2.0" app.
